It was getting to be lunch time yesterday and Theresa suggested we go to the Ye Ole Butcher for lunch. The Ye Ole Butcher has been in Plano TX for what seems like forever. They were located on Ave K till they had to move because of development in the area. At that time they were more of a traditional butcher shop. I remember having deer processed there once we had brought them home. After their move to their new location on 15th street Jeff the owner found out that selling burgers for lunch was not all that bad.
He has buffalo burgers on Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday. On Wednesday he has Elk burgers on the menu. Both are to die for.
